PAX Start at a 10 count of all exercises and after completing 10 of Each (50 Reps)…Run a Lap around the Parking lot out to the flag and back to the circle. From there do 9 of each excerise (45 Reps)…and so on till finish or time expires.
Exercises:

10 thrusters
10 Curls
10 Calf Raises
10 WW3s
Lap
9 of Each Exercise and Lap. Continue till time ran out or you finish.
Be a Bison – (Stole this from our Pastor this sunday after I didn't belive his sermon and looked it up myself…it's real… 🙂 )
In nature the American Bison is different than the Cow. When a storm comes cows herd together and run from the storm…inevitabily the storm hits the heard and moves with them and keeps them in the storm for a long period of time….
The opposite is the American Bison (I may have said Buffalo) who actually when they sense a storm coming run directly into it. This allows them to get through the storm quicker and out the other side.
Point: Be a Bison and face whatever conflict you have directly and head on. Jesus even tells us very specific directions on how to deal with conflict in Matthew…WILDCARD and prepare yourself…..it's not talk to their boss or try to talk around it or just forget about about it or be passive aggresive nice…its direct and it's personal. It means its uncomfortable and very anti culture right now but as Men who want to follow after our Lord we owe it to ourselves and other sto show how to deal with conflict. The part I love the most is if it needs escalating…our LORD spoke about that to…cause it works.
Bottom Line: Many people use the "where 2 or more are gathered I am with them…but my takeaway is where this passage begins and that is with conflict. Let's embrace conflict and let it bring us together.
