
The weather changed my plans this morning, so instead of following the pre-blast theme of three minutes interval training, we did 20's.
19 shoulder presses.
Run from large pavilion around small pavilion and back to the large pavilion.
1 curl.
Run.
Decrease presses each time by one, increase curls by one each time.
4.66 miles running today if you were able to finish, but we are not a running club!
Several announcements, including stations of the cross next week, the convergence, paintball, and spartan race. By the way, the 20's give the flavor of a Spartan race. Sort of. 😁.
