6 PAX made it out for the F3 Lanco annual Ruck. Couldn't have asked for better weather!

we stopped every 2.5 miles to stretch and make sure that everyone was hydrated. We had a water and granola bar station at around the 5 mile mark although I couldn't find the bench on the right side of the path. haha

When we finished we headed over to Coffee and Cream for coffeteria while being seranaded by PoPo's bagpipes.

All in all a great day, great fellowship in the persuit of remembering the ones who gave everything for the freedoms of our country.
