3 PAXs went for run and 3 PAXs rucked. The ruckers were fast and the runner had run to catch up.

For my birthday, i set goal of 4.1mi run as a celebration. We were able to achieve that plus more. The runners got between 4.5 ~4.0mi in (way to pushed caterpillar, it was probablyhis fastest speed since his came back from medical issue). The ruckers got soild 3.0mi in as well.

We prayed for Bunyan and his M, Eagle and his M and Moose and his M.

Thanks for pushing and keep pulling me back to do what's needed even if it sucks from time to time.
