Warm Up:
Review of the 5 Core Principles
Bat Wings: 20 Arm Circles, hold for 20 seconds, 20 Circle Arms, hold for 20 seconds, 20 seal claps, hold for 20 seconds, 20 overhead claps. Tragically the Q in an attempt to count cadence made everyone do 80 seal claps and 80 overhead claps… oh well… builds character.
The Thang:
Mosey to the shed for coupons then lined up in a circle at the first corner of the diamond.
Round 1. 7 lunges, then mosey to the next corner of the diamond. Staying together as a group, rinse and repeat at each corner until back to the beginning of the diamond. 7 x 4 for 28 lunges total.
Round 2. 14 merkins, then mosey to the next corner of the diamond. 14 x 4 for 56 merkins.
Round 3. 21 monkey humpers. 21 x 4 for 84 monkey humpers.
Round 4. 28 Grave Diggers with cinderblocks (4 count exercise). Mosey then 21 Grave Diggers, mosey then 21 then mosey to last corner and finish with 14 Grave Diggers. Total of 84. Couple of 10 counts were included as we were reminded of our own mortality.
Round 5. 35 Side Straddle Hops. 35 x 4 for 140.
Round 6. 21 Block Curls. 21 x 4 for 84.
Round 7. Hold Al Gore for 35 count. Did this at 3 of the corners. Last corner, Q took the Blue Falcon's idea and did 14 Failure to Launch with count down from 3.
Put coupons away then mosey back to the flag.
MARY:
7 LBC's in cadence.
7 American Hammers in cadence.
Plenty of mumble chatter (or just teeth chattering) was heard, but we persevered and finished strong!
