The Thang – at about 6:25 it was looking like it might be a solo Q, so I pondered doing a run or a set of push to failure exercises. Was blessed to have 2 PAX roll in and the final Q was a mix of the two ideas. Ended up being sets of 20 in the pavilion with a mosey, then reverse with sets of 10 and mosey.

Another mosey around the big loop in the opposite direction. Total of 1.56 miles on the Garmin (which coincidentally matched the morning beatdown at the Den).
COT
We kind of started with some good conversation on the final mosey which led to some deeper sharing and encouraging words around the COT. We ended with each PAX praying in turn for the concerns of another PAX in the circle. And as there were 3, I was reminded of Ecclesiastes 4:12, “A cord of three strands is not easily broken” and also Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
Sticky Bumps – Perseverance on some challenging work projects and impacts of the stress sometimes inducing heart palpitations.
Whoopie – Facing mild but persistent illness disrupting sleep and daily rhythms and impact on how he shows up.
Door Dash – To continue to lean into prayer and healing around difficult emotions coming up as hindrances as he leans into more accountability with the 31-day challenge.
