PAX (10): Caterpillar, CareBear, 10AC, IHop, Hardcode, Bunyan, Square, Cholula, DTR, Chalmers
BACKBLAST:

Ten PAX entered the cold gloom for an early bird special designed to get the PAX prepared for their golden years.

WARM UP:

Michael Phelps (x10ic)

Grass pickers (x10ic)

Arm circles (x10ic)

Circle arms (x10 ic)

Grab a block, mosey to the field and drop it, then mosey to the large pavilion.

THE THANG:

Dips (x10ic) to strengthen your arms for rolling your wheelchair

Step ups (x10ic) to strengthen your legs for the walk from the parking lot into Shady Maple.

Mosey back to blocks, lunges for half the distance to strengthen legs for use of a walker.

Time to play BINGO! B = Burpees, I = block press, N = block curls, G = WW2s, O = block squats. Number of reps is the number called from the Bingo app. N, G, O with a partner to avoid having anyone use a medic alert bracelet. Played until at least one of each letter was called. After getting BINGO, mosey to corner of park and back. So nice, we played it twice!

Who are you and what are we doing? Getting older brings memory issues. Random PAX called, state your name and exercise of choice. Caterpillar (burpees), CareBear (murder bunnies), 10AC (block rows), IHop (straddle hops), Hardcode (shoulder taps), Bunyan (WW2), Square (duck jousting), Cholula (block curls), DTR (bear crawl).

The final thang, to help prep getting up and down off the toilet, was monkey humpers (x10).

COT:

Prayers for Bunyan's family as they travel to John Hopkins this week. His M will be admitted and he's hoping to be able to stay in the room with her.

Prayers for Dr. Duck and Big Blue, and their families, as they are treated for melanoma.

Prayers for the ladies group meeting Monday at 6 a.m. Encourage your M to come.

Praise for VQs stepping up to lead.

Don'T forget to sign up to provide a meal for Bunyan's family, still slots open.
