If you saw my pre-blast, you saw what appeared to be an upper body workout, and a woman doing a plank (only clue that was not at all what we were going to do).

 

So the focus today was NOT on upper body, but lower body. Blue was definitely fooled, and for those going tomorrow you owe me a thank you in advance!

 

The thing…

 

Pinky Pies (10-1), the only upper body exercise.

Motivator 16-20.

Lieutenant Dan's with a twist, literally. Squat, lunge each leg, side lunge each leg. 1-10.

Run for about .4 miles.

Imperial walkers 30 each side.

Step ups on benches, 40 each leg.

Motivator 15-10.

Bulgarian lunges 20 each leg.

WW2 20 reps.

 

COT…Bunyan's and Eagle's M. Boomerang.

 

As I alluded to above, the Tuesday crew owes me a thank you. Ask Blue what you were going to do, I definitely fooled him. He is changing the workout because we did all legs today, not upper body!
