Circuit workout with 2 min EMOM timer with 10 stations using miscellaneous house and yard items
#1: Ironman Flutterkicks – Flutterkicks while bench pressing a digging iron
#2: Cat Litter Dead Lift – Dead Lift with 2 x 40 lb boxes of cat litter
#3: Cooler Row – row with cooler filled with water bottles
#4: Laundry Day Curls – curls with two full bottles of laundry detergent
#5: Plank – low or high plank
#6: Birdseed Squats – squats with 40 lb bag of bird seed
#7: No Cheat Merkins
#8: Wagon pull – run/mosey full length of the football field and back pulling wagon with 2 x 40 lb sandbags and one coupon
#9: PAX-barrow Run – take a fellow PAX for a ride in a wheelbarrow to about mid to 3/4 field and back
#10: PAX-barrow Ride – take a break and ride in the wheelbarrow to about mid to 3/4 field and back.
We completed about 2 x 20 minute circuits.
