4 broad jumps, 10 mountain climbers
Sprinted up a hill, 7 Iron Mikes, jog down. Repeat with 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Repeat with jump squats.

Bear crawl across parking lot, 10 high knees every 2 lines.
