– Line up in order of time with F3, and count off in 1's and 2's

• Tire and SBs at line in center, teams line up at opposite ends facing each other. 5min rounds
• Each PAX does the following exercises at their starting line to earn a tire flip or bag toss (clean and press throw with 90lb bag, overhead throw with 50lb bag. Whoever’s side has more items on it when timer ends loses
• R1 – Bear crawl drag 20 yds (leave block)
• R2 – 10 Foxholes
• R3 – murder bunny 20 yards and back
• R4 – 10 CPR’s

We battled each other and it was tiring but we are reminded that the most important battles are not fought by our own strength.
