3 Pax (Caterpillar, Chalua, Double Mint) and Double Mint's dog, Dodger, hit the road for a 4 mile ruck in the driving rain pre-WO. It seemed like the more we commented about it, the harder it the rain fell . . . oh well, always outdoors!

Sidenote and shout out. . . . Sidecar had some unfinished IPC business to take care of and was halfway into "We Aren't Professionals" on his own when we arrived at the Den at 5:30. Way to go Sidecar! Way to see the commitment through and finish what you started!

Run/Mosey to opposite baseline and do 19 airsquats. Repeat until you complete 20 merkins and 1 squat. Always adds up to 21. Finish early, pick up the 6.
