Step up and squat each step up the bleachers IC. Repeat another round up with opposite leg leading for step up.
Bear crawl up with 3 Merkins at each bench
Mosey to track
Lap 1 – run turns, nur straights
– Asheville abs, Freddie Mercury’s
Lap 2 – run turns, Carioca straights
Pickle Pointers (2 leg and single leg)
Lap 3 – 5 burpees, run 100m. Repeat for 1 lap
Flutter kicks, WW2’s
Lap 4 – Triple 7’s, run 100m. Repeat for 1 lap
