-Farmer carry cinder blocks to workout area between the soccer fields
1st set of (5) exercises:
-Goblet squat (with (2) blocks stacked) x15
-High-pulls OYO x12
-Captain Morgan block curls x15 ea arm
-Lateral goblet squat (w/ (2) blocks stacked) 8 lateral squats ea way (to the left, then to the right)
-Farmer’s carry 25 yards up to pavilion, turn around, farmer’s carry back to workout area
–2nd set of (5) exercises:
-Box merkins x25
-Single arm block press x10 ea arm
-Captain Morgan block rows x12 ea arm
-Dirkins (feet on (2) blocks stacked) x15
-Captain Morgan reverse flies x8 ea arm
-Farmer’s carry 25 yards up to pavilion, turn around, farmer’s carry back to workout area
(Repeat Round 1 and Round 2 series of exercises)
–Mary:
-Windshield wipers x15
-Block chest press while performing flutter kicks x15
-LBC’s i.c. x15
-Block WWII’s (making sure block starts and returns above head)
