BACKBLAST:

10 PAX made it out on a muggy morning to work their bodies and minds with a little intro to Q source. Focus was one the five core principles, mission statement, brief intro to the five Fs of Q Source Foundation with a focus on F5, Preparedness.

Warmup:

0.25 mile mosey carrying weight – ended up only the QiC was carrying two 20 lb dumbbells. Not intentional but provided a mini lesson about leadership.

F4 – LDP

F5 – Preparedness

PAX were introduced to each quadrant then asked to think about what that meant during a bear crawl to each corner of the area around the pavilion. At each quadrant PAX shared their answer in turn while doing an exercise.

Q1: Get right – the pursuit of proper personal alignment.

Bear crawl then share while doing squats

Q2: Live right – the dedication to purposefulness

Bear crawl then share while doing calf raises

Q3: Lead right – the practice of virtuous leadership

Bear crawl then share while doing no surrenders

Q4: Leave right – the construction of legacy
