
10 PAX made it out on a muggy morning to work their bodies and minds with a little intro to Q source. Focus was one the five core principles, mission statement, brief intro to the five Fs of Q Source Foundation with a focus on F5, Preparedness.
Warmup:
0.25 mile mosey carrying weight – ended up only the QiC was carrying two 20 lb dumbbells. Not intentional but provided a mini lesson about leadership.
Rest of warmup was done with each of the PAX stating each of the five core principles in order as we went around the circle.

PAX were introduced to each quadrant then asked to think about what that meant during a bear crawl to each corner of the area around the pavilion. At each quadrant PAX shared their answer in turn while doing an exercise.
Q1: Get right – the pursuit of proper personal alignment.

Q3: Lead right – the practice of virtuous leadership
Bear crawl then share while doing no surrenders
