Repeat sets of 9 reps, then 8. We only made it down to 8…😂😂😂
Game:
Shuttle run style. 2 teams. One PAX at a time does a burpee, takes a brick to the other side, burpee, runs back. When all bricks at the other side, reverse process to get the bricks back to starting line. Losing team had 10 penalty burpees while the winning team planked and did merkins in same count.
Put bricks back in shed, and mosey back to flag.
Motivator 5-1, due to time.
12 lb. bricks get heavy really quickly!! I hope you can all feel your shoulders tomorrow…haha.
