Change up in plans due to weather. We tried to stay dry under the pavilion but was still a good time.

Work out:
Alternate high knees and butt kickers on my switch up. Did 6 change ups for about 30 seconds each time for a total of about 3 minutes.

Leg Raises/WW2's (11/11, 10/10, etc.)
Hip raises- laying down, one foot on bench with other leg in the air and push hips up. (11 with one leg, switch legs, do 11, and so on down to 1).
Step ups 11 each leg (not down to 1)
Half burpees (4 count) 22 total. (Throw legs back, merkins, pop up to a low squat)
Flutter kicks/Hello Dolly (11 to 1 while alternating)
