Monkey Humpers 10 ic
Skaters 10 ic
Torso Twists 10 ic
Imperial Storm Troopers 10 ic

Mosey to shed and each PAX get 2 bricks
Round 1 – 4 brick punches/burpee combo = 1 rep. 10 reps together on my count
Round 2 – Holding bricks: Bonnie Blair’s/squat jump combo. 4 count on my count. Each combo was 1 rep. We did 10 reps.
Round 3 – LBC’s with bricks on abs. 10 ic
Round 4 – Flutter kick/Hello Dolly combo with bricks on abs. 10 ic for each exercise for a total of 20 ic
Lap around softball field.
Rinse and repeat above
Shuttle run. Take each brick approximately 10 yards, then go back and pick up the bricks to bring back to start line.
Weighted Motivator from 5 down with bricks.
Shuttle run
Rinse and repeat Rounds 1-4 above.
Put bricks back and mosey back to flag via small walking path loop.
