THE THANG:
Each of four burpee rounds feature 10 thirty second burpee reps every half minute on the half minute with rest till next rep time starts.
Start with 400m Loop Run (400m Loop Run after each burpee round except the last).
Burpee Round 1:
Start downhill, travel uphill, end downhill, so..
1st 30 sec, 1 burpee
2nd 30 sec, 2 burpees
up to 5 burpees and then back down to 1 burpee.
Burpee Round 2:
Start uphill, travel downhill, end uphill, so..
1st 30 sec, 5 burpees
2nd 30 sec, 4 burpees
down to 1 burpee and back up to 5 burpees.
Burpee Round 3 (Bracket style):
1st 30 sec, 5 burpees
2nd 30 sec, 1 burpee
then 4, 2, 3, 3, 2, 4, 1, 5
Burpee Round 4 (Bracket style inverse)
1st 30 sec, 1 burpee
2nd 30 sec, 5 burpees
then 2, 4, 3, 3, 4, 2, 5, 1
