OYO, Catch me if you can theme.  40 merkins, run around perimeter parking lot, 30, repeat run.  20, then 10.

Motivator 10-6.

OYO 40 Dips, repeat as above.

Motivator 5-1.

Lunge walks around perimeter of parking lot.  At each corner, 10 broad jumps then continue lunges entire lot.

Monkey Rolls one minute timed, 4 teams.

 

COT…announcements, Labor Day HOY and Lehigh Valley Anniversary, Ham Loaf meeting with pastor today.

 

Prayer Requests…injured PAX.  One Shot friend who has cancer.  Baymax SIL.  No Doubt son who broke his toe in an awfully painful way.
