All Super Sets so very minimal rest in-between

 

Hand OH Squat 2×50 (30s rest)

 

Monkey Humper w/ ruck 3x15ic (10s rest)

 

Tibs w/ ruck w/ 4ct Monkey humper 3×25 (10s rest)

 

Squat 3×10 (10s rest) – pick weights between SB/ruck

 

Ruck lunge 3×20 (10/leg) ((10s rest))

 

3/4mi ruck AFAP

 

MARY:

Stretch, stretch, stretch

 

MOLESKIN :

Wow! That many monkey humpers really fires up the inner thighs!! While this WO wasn't truly the celebration of my #M birthday, you will see that WO Saturday, we did celebrate leg day in a whole new way. Way to push through today and for following my lead.
