Warmup

The Thing
– had to audible based on number of PAX
– PAX took turns flipping tire across field. 1 round of 5 CPR's per tire flip, 1 round of 3 burpees per tire flip
– 2 vs 1. 2 PAX flipped tire across field while other PAX ran back and forth across basketball court. Each PAX took a turn at how many times across court before other PAX flipped tire to hill and back. Same thing but with 2x HRM per tire flip and other PAX did max WW2's.
– 10x CPR's
– each PAX took 30 second turn with battle rope
– rifle carry blocks back to flag
