One person from each team ran to the cards trying to find a match if they didn’t ran back to their team, if they did find a match they went again while team was doing exercises three rounds first two were 15 minutes last one was five due to time team one won all three rounds.

( exercises were Burpee’s, monkey Humpers, Merkins, squats,SSH and calf raises).
