The Thang:
1) Catch Me if you Can – partner A 3HR Merkins then sprint to partnerB; partnerB Nur. Switch exercises and repeat for .3 miles
2) Bring Sally Up – done ot with Merkins but with Bonnie Blairs
3) Batwings – arm circles, circle arms, seal claps, OH claps 20 ic with a 15 sec hold between each exercis…arms extended the whole time.
4) Mosey to the blocks
5) 11's – CPR x1; carry your block to the foul line No Surrenders with or without the block x10. Repeato always increasing CPRs and decreasing No Surrenders but always = 11reps
6) Mosey to the Pit
7) Clock merkin – half up the hill 5 ic merkins at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions.
8) Partner A (top of the pit) SSH; Partner B (bottom of the pit) Burpees. Switch on an EMOM timer until the total burpees count = 50
9) Merkin Tunnel – tunnel of love but before you crawl do 2 merkins

Today was my test run for convergence station two And it went very well and I learned A thing or two. Thanks for following My lead being willing to try a few new challenging things. Always know you can always modify up or down to your ability/ injury level. Great job everyone. You all inspire and motivate me when I see you giving your all and picking each other up.
