200 Curls.
175 squats.
150 OH Press.
125 Rows.
100 Merkins.
Do 25 reps of the exercise, run to 2nd base, do 3 big boy situps and run back. Continue with the same exercise until all reps completed. The twist was we continued the exercise until the six finished that exercise and we moved on together.
After mosying back the flag, someone said we still have five minutes. So we did my favorites, pinky pies. Started at 5 and down to one. Then a bonus, did 10 more and that was a wrap!
