
Warmup exercises
The Thing
– Tire flips and burpees. Each Pax does 3 burpees then 1 tire flip. Pax take turns until the tire went to end of parking lot and back to starting area.
– 2 Pax flip tire (2 burpees per flip), while other PAX runs to playground and does AMRAP dead hang pull ups. Timer is up when tire flipping PAX flip to end of parking lot then run to playground. Each PAX took a turn on pull ups
