
3 Pax made it out for a tough workout this morning. Everything was OYO, and all three of us finished the workout. We went a little overtime, but the important thing is we all finished!

No warmup, knew this would take the entire 45 if not longer.
Theme was 88, so everything was a total of 88 reps or 176.
Do 8 burpees, run 50 yards. Repeat 11 times.
Do 8 squrls (curl while squatting), carry 30 pound ruck 50 yards. Repeat 11 times.
Do 88 overhead presses, carry ruck 50 yards, repeat.
Do 88 Ashville abs (11 diamond crunches, 11 bent knee crunches, 11 legs 90 degree crunches, 11 verticle crunches, keep legs verticle, and reverse order to complete the next 44). Crawlbear 50 yards, repeat Asheville abs, bear crawl back 50 yards.
I really liked those Asheville abs, learned that one down in NC last weekend. It's not in the lexicon either!
