
Warm-Up:. Michael Phelps, extend arms outward lean back tighten buttocks (need a name for this Blue?), quad stretch.
THE THANG:. 4 PAX worked OYO a workout similar to the IPC MaryAnn's mayhem. Hence all the D's in tribute to the double M's.
I like double! The weather changed the running portion.
TIMER:. 50 minutes, do as much as possible.
EXERCISES:
CYCLE ONE.
40 ruck curls.
35 ruck squats.
30 ruck OH press.
Perform each exercise sequentially. In between each exercise, run from pavilion to the other pavilion, do two burpees and run back. Complete cycle five times.
CYCLE TWO.
25 ruck rows.
20 WWII.
15 ruck thrusters.
Perform each exercise sequentially. In between each exercise, run from pavilion to the other pavilion, do two burpees and run back. Complete cycle five times.
There was a third cycle but none of us made that far.
