4 PAX beat the fartsack to put in some work and get better because of it. We celebrated the #M and I 22 years together so the # 22 came up quite often. Here is what we did.

Leg stretches and deep breaths to bring heart rate down in the thick air.

MOLESKIN:
Nice work today Men embracing this workout in the muggy weather. The air was thick challenging our lungs but we pulled through and got better. Caterpillar really got to dial in on his merkin form too! Better form = better gains. Thanks Patches for helping us all to stay on point there. In relationships, its not always easy. There will be good times, bad, stagnant, and whatever else. Whats important is that you stick together and work through those times. Im thankful for the relationships we have at Lanco and how we encourage each other to be better in many areas of our life.
