BACKBLAST 9/21/23:#Rapho run / ruck : Do you remember? 21st of September? ………..

It never was a Cloudy day ba ya ya ya ……. Rather was a cool, crisp, clear morning at Rapho on this 21st of September!! 6 Pax, 2 ruckers/ 4 runners, did a ruck / run around the neighborhood. Runners did a 2.54 mile run, 1.17walk and the Ruckers did 2.84 miles!! DTR made his maiden Thursday Run appearance! Good to have you ! Square made is triumphant return to Thursdays as well and kicked my butt! Thanks for pushing me guys! Nice work today brothers 💪!!
