Head down to the track
1 Pax at one end and 1pax at the other end and one in the middle. Each pax at either end. Start an exercise pax in the middle runs to one end to relieve one pax then that pax runs to relieve the other keep going until each side hits the number given. Exercises and reps Below 👇
