THE THANG

Today was an easy pace run. The goal was to stay around a Zone 2 pace (can hold a conversation). Every half mile, we'd check our hearts and walk if they were too high. Except for Chowdah who prob didn't break 100bpm!!

It made to good #2nF conversation while putting in the miles.

Dr Duck and Cholula put in some ruck miles. They aren't buying this running club (but not a running club) business! 😁
