Backblast 9/26/24: # Rapho run / ruck : Easy Run / Ruck

2 runners and 3 Ruckers got in some miles on this wonderfully wet morning ! Everyone did a great job today! Numbers, PoPo, Lox did 3.0 miles. Supplies and I did 4.2 miles in my fastest time to date, so much for an easy run 😂. Nothing like running and rucking in the pouring rain 💪😂. It was freakin awesome !!
