11 PAX made it out to a cool spring morning. Thankfully the rain held off so it was great weather for a WO.

(Random numbers to screw with the PAX)
Mosey around the parking lot and stop by the flag.
Sprint to other end of the parking lot and then line up based on finishing position.
Count off by 2s to form two teams.
THE THANG
I was introduced to F3 from the rucking side, so we paid homage to GORUCKs physical fitness test, with some modifications.
BFF (basic function fitness test)
PAX went to one of six stations. They had 2 minutes to complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) for the station. Afterwards, reps were recorded and PAX rotated until all stations were completed. Stations were:
1. 80# sandbag carry – 50m loops
2. Hand release merkins
3. 4 count flutter kicks
4. 60# sandbag farmer carry – 50m loops
5. Sandbag burpee with 40# sandbag
6. WWII
For movements, only full loops are counted (IPC rules).
Scores were averaged for each team based on the number of PAX and team 2 came out on top. Well done!
It pays to be a winner so loosing team had to do 10 punishment reps (the winning team joined as well 💪). It’s a 20 count exercise I’ve heard called the Centurion. But I can’t count, so we usually only got 16 counts. Not sure where the other movements went. 🤷♂️
Once complete, moved to the flag and spent 7-8 minutes of yoga for stretching and balance.
COT and prayers for Sunspots daughter as she finishes spring semester and Hatch/Skywalkers classmate and friend who has been out of school for the last few days.
It’s been a great ride over the last 6 years ever since some fellow ruckers EH’d me to join F3. The fellowship and accountability make it worth coming out each week regardless of how terrible the WO or weather.
Thanks for allowing me to lead today despite my inability to count!
