THE THANG:
Mosey to the shed to grab a block then head to the pit
Did 22s where all reps added up to 22 (just like 21 but more)
Start at the top of the hill, do exercise then run to the bottom of the hill to complete the set. Exercises were varied throughout the routine
Air squat IC (21..17), blockee OYO (1..5)
Monkey humper IC (16..12), Overhead press IC (6..10)
Lunge IC (11..7), Block swing (11..15)
Pistol squat (6..1), block curl (16..21)
Due to time, we only did 3 rounds of pistol squat/block curls
Return the blocks to the shed, mosey to the flag

22x IC Flutter kicks
22x SC WWII
22x IC Russian twist
22x IC pickle pointers
To end 2022 it felt right to do the Motivator; but with a twist. We started with an undislosed ending point. The first round went all the way to 22 (seems about right). After that it was a mind game of not knowing whether it was going to end early or go all the way to 1. The PAX pushed through to do rounds 21 and 20 before ending.
