
The Thang:
Set the clock for 35 minutes and complete as many rounds of the following workout as possible. Every time you make it through a round add 5 reps to each workout in the next round.
5 x Burpee jump overs
5 x Squats
5 x 4-Count Mountain Climbers
5 x Push-Ups
5 x Sit-Ups
5 x Curls
.25 mi run
Moleskin: it wasn't that cold and I probably overdressed. Fantastic start to the day! Almost finished 5 rounds…with Only 7 minutes left we completed 10 reps of everything then 5 reps of everything and then 5 more reps of everything finishing with only 20 seconds remaining.
