9 holes of F3 LANCO Golf followed. This is how we played:

Shotgun start

1 PAX throws bowling ball toward flag
-
All PAX move to bowling ball doing one of the following stroke exercies in rotating fashion for each bowling ball throw (Jump Squats, Toy Soldiers, Bear Crawl, Walking Lunges, Duck Walk). Next PAX throws ball etc, until the bowling ball passes the flag

Record the number of strokes to reach the flag and multiply your stoke count by 10 and do the corresponding exercise labeled on each flag:
