Leg Day-the stairs are no joke! 8 Pax put in some serious work in the gloom ! 148 stairs , 8 landings , 5 squats at each landing going up , 5 calf raises at each landing going down for a total of 888 stairs up , 888 stairs down, 240 squats , 240 calf raises !

• Climb the stairs, at each landing perform 5 squats , descend the stairs, at each landing perform 5 calf raises , rinse and repeat. I did 6 laps
