Work out:

Mosey to shed via middle length loop and got bowling balls

Paired up and went to the water basin…"The Pit"

First exercise, 1 PAX does cheat press throwing the ball across basin and back going up hills on both sides. Partner dies Burpees with 3 merkins in each burpee set.

Second exercise: one PAX does a so very style throw to work tricep. Partner dies WW2's.

Third exercise: throw ball underhand as if swinging a kettle bell. Other PAX does air squats.

Rinse and repeat!

 

Put the balls back and mosied to playground. :

20 pull up burpees

Mosied to pavilion

Abdominator 7-5

Stretched out abs

Abdominator 4-1

Merkins in the round. Everyone at high plank. 3 merkins, one PAX at a time around circle, then 2 merkins, then 1.
