Hedgehog end: merkins, starting with 20, decrease each round by one. We threw in some derkins, irkins, hand release, tempo, and even did the 5 count IC (nasty surprise by the Q)
Fox end:

Finished either time to spare, so we all did 5 sets of pull ups, rotating through. For some of us (Q) that was only about 10 in total. For others, it started with a lot and decreased. For even others, it was consistently a set of 5-6.
