Backblast 2/22/24: #Rapho run / ruck : Friday Eve

4 runners and 1 lone Rucker got out of the fart sack to put in some miles! Everyone pushed hard today! The Rucker did 2.9 miles, the runners did 4.01, 4.16, 4.76 and 5.4 miles! It was awesome to have Sunspot join us for a Thursday run!! He crushed it and is a runner now boys 💪😁 in case anyone was wondering, Baymax and Amnesia are really freakin fast !!!! 😂. Nice work today by everyone !! 💪
