BACKBLAST: 3/5/24 Fun in the rain

Well , the rain stopped during the beatdown but we had fun anyway, or did we ?🤔 I had to try and slow these studs down on these Tuesday workouts, and I may not have slowed them down but the mumble chatter was at a minimum today so I think it made them work hard at least! We all finished at least 3.75 rounds and the super-studs did 5 rounds ! Awesome job brothers ! 💪. Here’s what we did ……..

10 Steps Ups ic block
10 WWIII with block ic
20 4-count Mountain Climbers on block

10 No surrenders with the block

Bear crawl block drag to freeze and back

Mosey to pavilion by basketball court and back to middle pavilion

Rinse and repeat
