Format: 5 Rounds | 5 minutes each (4 min work, 1 min rest/transition)

🔄 Round 1: Push-Up Relay
• Player A does 5 push-ups, tags Player B.
• Player B does 5, tags Player C.
• Player C does 5, tags back to Player A.
• Keep cycling for 4 minutes.

🔄 Round 2: Squat Tower
• Two players hold a wall sit (or squat hold if no wall).
• The third player does 10 air squats.
• Switch roles immediately after the squats.
• Keep rotating.

🔄 Round 3: Burpee Pass
• Player A does 3 burpees, then tags Player B.
• Player B does 3, tags Player C.
• Player C does 3, tags Player A.
• Keep it moving fast!

• Player A holds a plank.
• Player B holds a hollow body hold.
• Player C does sit-ups (or crunches).
• Switch roles every 10 sit-ups.
