Gassed by Gassers
I split the width of the soccer field in thirds in which we did gassers.
Round 1- Run, after the first lap ( first third), 10 merkins. Second lap (second third), 20 merkins. Third lap, whole width, 30 merkins.
Round 2- Carioca up, run back. After each lap 10, 20, 30 WW2's
Round 3- Bear crawl up, run back. After each lap, 10, 20, 30 squats
Round 4- Long jump up, run back. After each lap, 10, 20, 30 Side Straddle hops
Round 5- Nur up, run back. After each lap 5, 10, 15 burpees.
Round 6- Lunges up. After each lap 10, 20, 30 LBC's
