Five PAX got out in the humidity before Hurrican Debbie gives us a soaking for the next 2 days. At this AO they "spin the bat" on who is gonna Q. I had already reached out beforehand as I saw the spot was open so i graciously lead the PAX. Here is what we did…

Did each exercise single rep count (10motivator, 10merk, 10squat,10ab) then made our way down.
Bear crawl light pole to light pole

Crab walk pole to pole
lunge walk pole to pole
Mosey to stop sign
Broad jump pole to pole
Mosey to stop sign
Nur a good distance
Bear crawl back to starting point
MOLESKIN:
It was nice to lead the PAX thru a homegrown WO. Even innthe humidity we crushed thru it and had time for all the extras. It's great to know we can travel to all sorts of places and still WO woth fellow F3 PAX all over the place.
