Werkins (50, preferably hand-release). American Hammers (100). Step-Ups (150). Hip Thrusts (200). Done OYO or in pairs (with one partner running – either laps or designated sprints – while the other does exercise, then switch as needed until exercises completed).
Mosey to tennis courts

Start on the sideline of tennis court. Perform 1 WWII – run to other sideline – perform 10 Squats, Run back and do 2 WWII. Run back for 9 Squats Repeat until you do 10 WWII and 1 Squat running between the sidelines. Always adds up to 11
