BACKBLAST 10/27/22:

#Rapho run / ruck : Gotta show to know

7 Pax and 1 doggie (Hans Solo )got out of the fart sack to put in a little work at Rapho! 2 ruckers and 1 Dog , got in 2.83 miles, and 4 runners logged 4 miles, 2 of which we’re doing interval training! 1 Double Double got in another IPC workout! DD is seriously a beast!!! Great work today brothers 💪!!
