The decision to become an effective leader is volitional. No one else can make it for you. Disruption is key; without some sort of disruptive force we'll often find ourselves justifying the reasons to maintain the status quo. This is comfortable but it is also stagnant. So if we are not moving and agitating complacency we cannot grow and we cannot be effective leaders for our family and friends and communities. This movement and agitation can and will cause discomfort and that is good.
