The Thang: 80 total reps of each exercise (4 sets of 20) between each set Rifle Carry & 10 Thrusters. If pax finished a round ahead of the six…they performed plank jacks or shoulder taps.

Moleskin: As we prepare for th Iron Pax Challenge coming at the end of the month, this WO was a modification/combination of two different IPC workouts. It was a challenge and a shoulder burner… but I have so much love for these pax that dug deep, persevered and completed as many rounds as possible in the time we had. There was no quit today!
