PAX take turn holding freedom hammer up well other PAX do one of the above exercises for as long as the PAX holds the hammer. Exercises were:

– Bent over rows, straight leg deadlifts, HRPCMBs, World War III's, heel touches/snow angels

Went around the circle 4 times rotating right and left hands to hold the hammer
